Always sounds like a good idea but WRONG, it's not. I went today and I had already clicked so I just needed to collect. Behind one person. He wanted a phone but it wasn't in store so he went to click and collect and got them to set him up an online account so he could buy it and then collect it at a later date. Took fucking ages. Go to the library if you don't have access to a computer! He didn't even go through with his transaction as his staff discount didn't work as his product was with a third party seller.
