Everyone is a Jedi again all of a sudden. Yes I saw the first two movies at the cinema as a kid and indeed they are matinee cinema par excellence... Yet, beyond that it's all gubbins surely. I'm sure the new movie is good but I'm still sceptical, the whole "it's a 9 movie series" was made up after the financial success of the first two films. More so, Disney will now make that a 90 movie series and the franchise will out live every reader. Money huh? Just watched Chinatown for the 1st time ever and whilst it's no matinee flick it's what cinema is all about, more quiet classics should be poured over...
