Hou Hsiao-Hsien's latest, his take on a wuxia film. Absolutely extraordinary, please do try and see it.

It's the kind of film that's difficult to write about without sounding like a total prick though, as it's deliberately obscure as regards plot and is mostly concerned with a slow-burning meditative tone that is just pure cinema. See, total prick. Anyway, it's absolutely beautiful.
