Never actually work the same shifts as him (it's a pub, I'm a licensee).

He only works Monday and Tuesday nights, but on Monday nights (I open up on Tuesdays) he deliberately puts clean glasses in the wrong place and mixes up the clean cutlery just to piss me off (as confirmed by two other members of staff).

Cba having an argument with him about it. He's been here for years, a big lazy fuck who doesn't do a lot, but has his two shifts since Ye olde days of yore.

What should I do?
