Say you're on tweetfuck and you're arguing about the merits of the EU or you're on Facefuck and you're in a thread debating about benefits, or you're on a Internet forum and you're going over the flaws of the monarchy.

Has anyone ever "won" one of these debates, or have you ever had someone go "oh yeah I see you're right there. Apologies."

So why do we all engage in the Internet war of words if nothing ever comes from it.

And as a side note, if you want to change someone's mind, is it possible? I don't reckon.
