Currently getting fobbed off by a lettings agent about getting our front door replaced. The door is so shit that it lets water in when it rains.

Lettings agent thinks that it doesn't need fixing because it's not leaking now. Explaining that this is because it hasn't rained since we first raised the issue doesn't seem to be swaying them.

They're either weapons grade thick or outfoxing me, and I'm not sure which it is.
