I need help finding a quote and it's becoming harder as I forget who said or what exactly what was said.

It's was something like the Royals ex- press officer and he said once he left a white along the lines of "they make working 3 days a week for 8 months of the year look like hard work".

But I can't find it. I did a while ago but it took ages. Now I'm even more unable to find it.
