things you're amazing at cooking/terrible at cooking?

me? okay then.

- Do an incredible steak. Seems easy, but most of the work is done in selecting the cut at the counter.
- Tortilla (spanish omelette). Taken me literal years to get this right, but I think I've got it nailed.
- Roast Pork and trimmings.
- Paella.
- Cod loin and trimmings.

Can't cook/won't cook anything east of Turkey. Just leave it to the pros.
Also very bad at fried eggs.
