Anyone got any good advice about moving there? We're not going to be earning much and need somewhere that accepts students, couples and pets. So far this seems to mean we'll be paying about 900 - 1000 for rent per month. (right now we pay 630 for all rent and bills).

Do people live on the outskirts and cycle in? Where are the cheap flats???
