All the advice says to never get a second hand car seat cos you can't be sure of it's history and it may have been in an accident and not safe.

Feel like this is massively preying on people's fears. Surely a parent wouldn't sell another parent a dodgy car seat. Other people in our NCT class were horrified when we said we were going to get a second hand one. Bet none of them would think twice about driving their kids round in a second hand car with only a month left on its MOT.

Anyone get a second hand one?
