a) do you usually get paid on time?
b) do you charge late fees?
c) if so, does it cause a lot of grief?

seems like you are legally entitled to late fees if they aren't paid in 30 days, gonna put the recommended spiel on my invoices i think. or is this a terrible idea which will alienate all my clients and leave me broke?
