Evening,

Until I was 18, my grandmother set up a savings account for me, and I want to access the money to use for driving licences. However, she has registered me as a child and the address is registered to her address.

I went into branch and asked how I could access it, and they said my grandmother would need to give authority, and could do it over the phone or in branch.

Just wondering, if she did it over the phone (it would be easier), what sort of details she would need. I said I'd ring them up tomorrow to find out, but thought I'd ask here as I will only get chance to ring them on my lunch and they can take ages
