What do you think is the likelihood of this happening in the UK in the near future?

I know parliament debated it a little while back and nothing happened. Three states where it's totally legal in the USA. Presumably there was a lot of lobbying done there and I'm guessing it was funded by people who had an eye on the profits from legalising it further down the road. Maybe it's one for future Dragon's Den pitches or the business plan for next years Apprentice.
