Me and the missus have been casual Tour / Vuelta fans until this year when we got Eurosport for the first time and have now become obsessed with pro cycling. A year ago you would have got very long odds on the prospect of me getting excited at the thought of watching Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne, but now I have fallen down a massive bike-shaped rabbit hole.

No-one I know cares or wants to talk about cycling (with the possible exception of the Tour), and having semi-lurked on DiS for years I suddenly remembered that there are occasional cycling threads on here. I returned today after a few months of absence to find a huge thread about the Giro.

So:
-Who do you fancy for it?
-Is Contador bluffing when he says he 'just wants to get in shape for the Tour'?
-Gary Imlach / David Millar vs Rob Hatch / Sean Kelly - are they actually better or is it simply a question of budget and production values?
-Handbags between Bouhani and Kristoff in today's sprint but no disqualification. Surely some mistake?
