Looking into buying a new phone is a huge pain in the arse, but I can't help but do my research. I have a pathological need to feel like I've made an informed decision.

My sister, otoh, bought a new Honda CRV at the weekend because her old car (that she wasn't particularly fond of) was a Honda, and this one's bigger. It has awful reviews and everyone who's been in it so far has complained about how uncomfortable the ride is, but then she didn't spend the weekend on comparisons websites reading expert and consumer reviews, so on balance I reckon she probably won this round.
