Writing names between brackets like (((this))) has taken off on Twitter this week. It's a response to far-right nut jobs who apparently have created a browser extension that adds the brackets to names of Jewish origin, because Jewish names echo through history, or some rubbish. So lots of people have been doing it on Twitter in "solidarity", but I've also seen stuff saying that's a bit... off? Idk. Depressing to think anti-semitism is still a thing like this, but what with all the Labour party stuff, it seems to be back in vogue.
