So a was at a wedding at the weekend, didn't know the bride and groom (some tenuous family link of the gf) and the brides dad made a slight strange reference to something in his speech.

Now his daughter is apparently a bit of a handful and her parents are scared of her (despite both being head teachers). I think so made them buy her a flat or a house but on the condition that meant they wouldn't pay for a big wedding but then made them pay for that too including rooms for all the guests in a posh hotel.
She was expelled from school for bullying when she was 14 and once wanted her parents to give her a lift somewhere, they said they'd take her in half an hour as they were in the middle of something but that was too long to wait so she calmly went to the kitchen, picked up the full coffee pot and slowly walked along, pouring the coffee on their new white living room carpet.

So with that in mind, her dad told a story that when she was younger she was looking after the neighbours 15 rabbits, and he didn't go into details but said when the neighbour came back there were 10 left and the neighbour called her Harold Shipman from then on. Now I'm wondering what on earth happened to these rabbits, did she leave the cage open and some escaped or a fox got in? But why were they still 10 left and why call her the name of a mass murderer? Seemed a weird thing to mention in a wedding speech.
