So it turns out if you go to the Lambeth Country Fair and want some water you can't buy a bottle anywhere other than at one of the ice cream vans!?

Have you ever heard anything like it?

If you go up to say, a coffee truck, and ask for a bottle of water they'll tell you that they're not allowed to sell you one as the ice cream vans have exclusive water-selling rights.

What do you think about that?

(There were alpacas, goats and donkeys there which were very nice but I was #QuiteThirsty for most of the time)
