Seems like everyone dislikes it but I'm not sure.

I'm trying to work out why I have a problem with it. I could have the same conversation online (text only) without breaking a sweat, so what is it about doing it over the phone that makes it so much worse?

Acer are ringing me today or tomorrow and I'm nervous about it.
