I was walking down the street holding my phone in one hand and my nusa soup (corn chowder). My skirt is quite light and a small wind blew it up slightly.

The lady behind me shouted EXCUSE ME and then run up to me and said in a not very nice tone "you should be holding your skirt down whilst walking in the street".
Then she left.

When was the last time you got told off and why?

Before that, I got told off by my bf for 2 car related incidents that didn't happen yet. Was not pleased.
