New dining concept for that London
Two set serving times per evening. Let's say 7pm and 9pm. Possibly also a lunch serving? TBC. 100 diners, everyone pays a flat fee. £30 until we get really big and then we double it.
Upon entering, all diners are allocated an element of the meal at random (imagine the start of Battle Royale). One diner gets all the potatoes, one gets all the cutlery, one gets a small bowl of olives, one gets all the wine, one gets all the menus, and so on.
Your overall dining experience depends upon the levels of collaboration (or not!) between different diners. Each diner can choose to share or horde, to be altruistic or to drive a hard bargain, and the staff will not get involved except to break up fights.
