After much lurking on these boards when I should be working, I thought I would sign up so that I can not JAG my band.

We recorded some demos in our drummers bedroom with 2 mics and a 4-track last year, and I'd like to know what y'all make of them. So far, two of the tracks ('7 Car Pile Up' and 'Oh Girl') can be streamed from http://www.last.fm/music/the+blitz+cartel and http://www.mp3.com/artist/the-blitz-cartel/summary/ (they're up at http://www.myspace.com/theblitzcartel but the stream quality seems a bit err... duff). Also, can someone please tell me what happened with GalacticStarEruption (I think it was him) and the girl at the bus stop? As internet soap opera goes, that was an amazing thread. I was even inspired to write a song about it, but luckily for you that's not one of the ones we recorded.
