I was wondering if there was anyone out there that could point me in the direction of any good promoters or nights that put on folky indie pop type bands or musicians within London? Anything along the lines of Kick the Plug at the Wilmington Arms would be appropriate or useful (I think).
I've only just started recording stuff so it's pretty basic, but hoping to get things moving as quickly as possible. Once I've got some more worthwhile / polished demos sorted I want to aim to get some gigs booked. Or maybe I'm going about this all the wrong way, and someone might be able to point me in a better direction?
Any help would be appreciated.
