I lurk here a bit, mainly at work, but thought I'd actually post something that might be useful to some of you.

My band had a couple of really cool gigs, at the Catch and the Fox & Firkin last week, and for both gigs the promoters not only did a good job of actually promoting, but made the nights really cool too.

Duel in the Deep put the night at the Catch on, made sure everything was organised well kit share and all that, and were top blokes too. All the normal problems just... didn't happen! We had a great night, everyone got free sweets, and the crowd were totally cool.

2Bob put on the night at the Fox & Firkin, and again, everything went smooth, well organised, great crowd and an awesome night. I ended up a bit messy, but the beer was good and cheap. Result!

So yeah, Duel in the Deep and 2Bob put on good nights.
