We now have well over 4000 people signed up but we know our user area needed more done to it. Until last week, all you could do was post on the boards, keep your own weblog (diary), send notes to other users, make friends and rate bands then get recommendations of bands to check out based on your ratings. But you got logged out straight away and it was all a bit sluggish and overly simple.
We've now made it possible however, for you to remain logged in, to search other peoples profiles, to see who's online and to add pictures to your profile.
Over the next few weeks we're going to change the messageboards so that you HAVE TO log-in and make the user area, slightly user friendlier. We've got a bunch of extra bits and bobs coming into play with the user area over coming months, but you'll find out about them in due course.
