Hey Colossus need YOU
Mike_Diver by Mike Diver August 20th, 2004
Hey Colossus are loud, and we love them. You should too. Hey, I've a great idea! Why don't YOU, like, ask them to play your village hall, or school, or whatever? How's about this from HC singer/guitarist/keyboard wizard Ian Scanlon:

"We just bought the PA from our rehearsal room and since we paid for it we want to use it. We all know (surely) that Black Flag used to take their own PA out on the road so as they could bring the rock whereever it was needed and we feel it's about time someone did that again. So, we'll come and play anywhere you can find a room that fits a five-piece band and some kids that want to rock. Maybe it's your bedroom, your village hall, your local (noise friendly) boozer, or just some offices that are about to be repossessed. If you like Black Flag, Black Sabbath, Kyuss, Neu and Can then give us a shout."

Hey Colossus have played a whole bunch of shows, most of which have climaxed with punters' ears falling off, with the likes of Oneida, Trencher, Hella and Winnebago Deal. Their FAT album is reviewed on this very site. So, want them round your local gaff? Why not click here and ask them over? There are also MP3s and the like for you to look at... WHOO!
