Ben Folds has had to postpone his UK tour, due to start tomorrow in Leicester, due to illness. A respiratory infection means that Folds is unable to travel, perform or sing for at least a month.
The dates have been rescheduled for June 2005. Original tickets will be valid for the rescheduled shows and refunds will be available at the point of sale.
Speaking about the cancellation, Ben Folds said: "I am very sorry and disappointed to have had to reschedule my UK tour. Rarely in my career have I had to do this. I take missing a show very seriously, but in this case I had no choice, I've got a nice respiratory infection.
