Rilo Kiley have just finished up an extensive tour in support of its latest album, 'More Adventurous'. Speaking to Billboard, Lewis said: "Four days after we got back [from touring], I made this record in six days with [producer] Mike Mogis. It's a kind of soul record. I'm really excited about it."
The disc is expected to see the light of day summer 2005.
Before then, Rilo Kiley will be heading to Europe with Bright Eyes in February next year as well as Japan and a select number of US dates including desert festival Coachella.

Lewis also appears on singer/songwriter Ben Lee's new record 'Awake
Is the New Sleep' in February.
