Musical auction to benefit Tsunami victims
Lorelei_22 by Laurel Dreher January 27th, 2005
Memorabilia from Cardiff's Millennium Stadium Tsunami Relief concert is being auctioned off online to help raise even more money for the Asian countries plagued with destruction after last month's natural disaster. Items up for grabs include a large mural of the event logo signed by the majority of the concert's performers, as well as a series of 18 signed portraits. The possibility of releasing a commemorative CD and DVD of the event is still being discussed.

The auction opened this morning, 27th January, at 9:00 a.m. and will go till late February. To check out what's up for auction, or to place a bid on a piece of artwork, click here.

Despite being put together in a short spaceof time, the concert has been the biggest charity gig since Live Aid, helping to raise ₤1,338,788 for the tsunami victims.
