The cartoon is said to be based around the writers of a fictional music magazine, ‘Rocked’, in downtown New York, and featuring real-life interview segments with bands. Sort of like a cross between ‘Beavis And Butthead’ and Gorillaz, then. Kinda. In a way. OK, not at all then.
