Los Campesinos!’s new video has just appeared online.

The promo, for ‘Death to Los Campesinos!, represents a marked departure for the act who strip the sound back to its most basic elements; lead singer Gareth letting out wretched, haunting wails over the top of raw rhythm like a faux-Welsh Angus Andrew.

Wounded and obtuse, the primal Neu-Kraut shading on the track is not what we’ve come to expect from the tweexcore septet.
