Kooks man Luke Pritchard has voiced his opnion on the new single from Scottish trio The Fratellis.

Speaking to the BBC about his band’s forthcoming appearance at their ‘Big Weekend’ event, Pritchard claimed he’d “like to see The Fratellis”, who are also playing the concert, before adding “but I really hate their new single”.

Why so, Luke?

“I don’t get it. They’re a good band but I was really miffed by that single."

That single is ‘Mistress Mable’ and the video for it is below.

“I would love to see them though,” continued Pritchard, “I think they would be really cool live”.
