Death By stereo's UK Week Of Death
oappleby by Ollie Appleby October 16th, 2002
Southern Californian's Death By Stereo will be taking a break from recording the follow-up to last year's 'Day Of the Death' album with a UK tour in support of Boy Sets Fire.

Following the November tour dates the band are set to release their new album, 'Into The Valley Of Death' (a desert seemingly populated by no one but bands) currently scheduled for release in February 2003, this time with the new addition of guitarist Dan Palmer.

"The Death needed a strong second guitarist and Dan more than fills that position" asserts founding Death By Stereo guitarist Jim Miner. "It's all about the live shows, meeting people, playing shows, loud music and getting people off, that's why we play music" gushed vocalist Efrem Schultz.

Let them do just that to you at the following venues supporting Boy Sets Fire:

November

11th - London Mean Fiddler
12th - Newport TJs
13th - Glasgow Cathouse
14th - Leeds Cockpit
15th - Manchester Hop & Grape
16th - Nottingham Rock City
17th - Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms
18th - Brighton Concorde 2
