BDB offers to write a song just for you. Yes, you.
gdobson by Gareth Dobson November 25th, 2002
The skewed-pop genius that is Badly Drawn Boy is currently giving fans the chance to have their own song, poetry or other writings recorded by Mr Gough himself.

In order to win your bespoke Gough work, you have to own his latest album 'Have You Fed The Fish?' Additionally, in a Willy Wonka stylee, you must also find a golden fish.

5 small golden fishes have been released around the world, four of which are in copies of 'Have You Fed The Fish?' located somewhere around the world, but one of them is also in the UK.

Intrigued? Album-owners can give themselves the chance to get it by entering the exclusive BDB competition here. The lucky winner that gets the fish will then have their own material recorded by Badly Drawn Boy.

Not only this, but by entering the competition, fans will also be able to access rare and exclusive Badly Drawn Boy video footage. The footage includes his first big solo show at Shepherds Bush Empire in London from October 2000, and Damon performing 'Pissing In The Wind' in a forest, which is probably in Epping, but might not be.

This month also see's BDB head out on his first nationwide jaunt for, ooo, ages.

The full tour dates are:

November

23rd Glasgow Barrowlands
24th Northumbria University
25th Leeds University
27th Sheffield Octagon
28th Birmingham Academy
29th Manchester Apollo

December
