Placebo Cover Up
rubbafish by Colin Weston August 21st, 2003
Placebo are set to release a 2-disc version of their last album which includes all the covers the band have recorded to date.

The special version of 'Sleeping With Ghosts' is set for release through Hut Recordings on September 22nd (a week after their next single 'Special Needs') and along with the usual cover suspects such as T-Rex classic '20th Century Boy', there are some previously unreleased tracks such as the band's rendition of Kate Bush's 'Running Up That Hill'.

The full additional CD tracklisting is as follows :-

Running Up That Hill (Kate Bush)
Where Is My Mind (The Pixies)
Bigmouth Strikes Again (The Smiths)
Johnny And Mary (Robert Palmer)
20th Century Boy (T-Rex)
The Ballad Of Melody Nelson (Serge Gainsbourg)
Holocaust (Alex Chilton)
I Feel You (Depeche Mode)
Daddy Cool (Boney M)
Jackie (Sinead O' Connor)

Also, as we all know, the band are playing Reading/Leeds this weekend on the main stage so catch them there if you haven't seen them already.
