The Xfm-sponsored Winter Warmer show will take place at the London Astoria on December 14th, and all proceeds from the gig will go to homeless charity Shelter. Launched in London in the '60s, the now nationwide charity has been campaigning for the rights of homeless and badly housed people for over 35 years.
Also confirmed to play are hotly tipped NY funk kids Scissor Sisters. Other acts have still to be confirmed; we'll keep you informed as we get more details.
Tickets, priced £20 plus booking fee, are available from Xfm's ticketline on 0870 121 1049 or from Ticketweb at ticketweb.co.uk. Curiously, Xfm say that the tickets don't go onsale until Wednesday 19th November, but they are in fact available now. So grab yours while you can!
