Electric Eel Shock: Services to Rent!
rubbafish by Colin Weston January 31st, 2004
Our favourite 'eccentric' (out of their f'ing tree is more accurate!) Japanese rock band, Electric Eel Shock, have let us know about their new album, their plans for the near future... and that they are available at a price!

First off, the band mastered their new album at Townhouse Studios this week. The album itself, 'Go Europe!', was recorded in West London at 2Khz Studios over Christmas as soon as the band completed their 14-month world tour. Gian (the stick-swallowing drummer) has gone back to Japan for a break but Aki & Kazuto (guitarist & bassist accordingly) are staying in London until their next tour starts in March. According to the guys, they will be doing ”more recording, DJ’ing at the occasional club, engaging in medical tests, writing new songs and chilling out.”

However, never to rest on their laurels the band are also whoring out their services to anyone who may need a guest guitar solo or the like. So, if you would like the help of Aki and/or Kazuto over the next month or so you can get in contact via their website!
