tough love records' first lp release is the 2nd calories album, and it's a peach. comes with a cd of the entire album. it combines strong melodic hooks with frenetic noise, recalling such underground titans as hot snakes, cap 'n jazz & no age. their dedication to both craft and energy is a trait that has seen the band capture audiences around the uk, playing alongside the thermals, sky larkin, dananananaykroyd, lovvers and johnny foreigner.
