diagrams became full time hobby's most recent signing when the band signed in the summer of 2011. the brainchild of former tunng and the accidental member sam genders, diagrams came from virtual obscurity to play one of the most inspiring sets of that year's end of the road festival, alongside releasing their critically acclaimed self-titled ep. 'black light' is the debut album and it ranges from rich, string-laden pop to hi-hat riding, bass-driven alt-funk, via a touch of charming and beautiful acoustic folk. for fans of the beta band, sufjan stevens and nick drake.
