Border Community affiliate and analogue fiend Luke Abbott returns this summer with his second full-length, following 2010′s slow-burning gem 'Holkham Drones' and a pair of EPs for Gold Panda's Notown label. The live-focused, electroacoustic-inspired 'Wysing Forest' is named after the Wysing Arts Centre in Cambridgeshire, where the Norfolk producer was stationed for six weeks in 2012 as their first musician-in-residence. The nine-track, 52-minute album was influenced by the jazz and minimalism of Don Cherry's 'Organic Music Society', Alice Coltrane's 'Journey in Satchidananda', Terry Riley and Team Doyobi.
