Following on from their 2013 debut success, 'Grin'. The post punk trio Traams return with their second album, 'Modern Dancing'. By relocating to Leeds, the band were able to record and work alongside familiar producer MJ of Hookworms, at the Suburban Home Studios. The album is urgent, wiry and melds classic 80's post punk with the groove of Krautrock but the urgency of youth. Think a mix of a sped up Nation of Ulysses, a less angry but just repetitive the Fall and a male fronted Joanna Gruesome.description from www.roughtrade.com
