If you consider those to be core components of any worthwhile punk record, then these guys - members past and present of bands such as The Melvins and Napalm Death - are for you. If you, like me, are scared of old men screaming a lot, on every single track (choice cut: 'Idiot Parade'), then you'd best stick to your pussy ass Blood Brothers records.
