Shayne Ward came close to drowning a midget to death in the recording sessions for his latest video.
Ward, evidently beholdent of a new sense of adventure, was shooting the promo to new single 'If That's OK With You' in Mexico when things began to go awry.
Surrounded by an array of extras, including a harem of hired models and a couple of midget wrestlers, Ward picked up one of the midgets - as scripted - and tossed him into an adjacent swimming pool.
It was only when he saw the tossee struggling in the water that he realised he had thrown the wrong one - who was wearing a wrestling mask and was by now finding it hard to breathe.
Luckily, Ward and the crew quickly realised the mistake, dived into the pool and plucked the littl'an from danger.
By the by, if anyone can get me footage of this I'll reward them handsomely.
