DiScover Sheffield: Autumn programme announced (new underwear-centric)
dionisio by Rob Webb September 15th, 2008
and Gary Wolstenholme

It's coming up to that time of year again. No, not the long cold nights and tons of rain... forget about all that bad stuff. Because up here at DiScover Sheffield, we've got a bunch of lineups sure to warm the cockles and delight the ears this Autumn/Winter. Yes indeed, folks, we're over the proverbial moon to announce this little triple header for you: Eugene McGuinness, The Week That Was and Dananananaykroyd, all at DiScover Sheffield in the coming months. As before, these shows all take place at The Harley, 334 Glossop Road, Sheffield and run from 8pm until late. We've still got a SNES for your gaming pleasure (Mario Kart, Street Fighter 2 and Bomberman = standard) and still promise to entertain your ears all night long with some of the best guest DJs in town. To that end, we'd also like to welcome our new residents, Tender Maulings - come and say hello. They like it. And so do we.

We've also got a number of other exciting live-related announcements to make in the coming weeks, but for now know this: DiS could be coming to a town near you very soon indeed. And we'll be bringing our very favourite bands with us. Be excited, because we certainly are.

DiScuss: What have we got up our sleeves? Will you be at these shows? If not, why not? Who else should we book?
