Contrary to what you may have assumed, Christian Punk Band doesn't exist with satirical intent. In reality you'll find the encapsulation of loud rock sound that frontman and primary songwriter Christian Turner has been toiling away on for the better part of the past two decades.

The driving drums, layered effects and a jangely hop-a-long melody mask the underlying internal conflict this song evokes. And in many ways I think you can feel that tension in the song. The bitterness of success, the struggle to keep going, as well as the necessity of survival.

"No one cares what you do with your time, at least you picked up that guitar and sang a little more."
