Anyway, in yesterdays friendly action Spurs got an undeserved draw with the Barcelona academy. It's scary how many players they are bringing through. Jonathan and Jeffren looked especially good, but none of the Spurs kids really caught my eye, although Danny Rose (i think) looked BUILT.

Before that Spurs tonked Egyptian giants 5-0, and Henrik Larsson didn't even score.

Elsewhere Man Utd's defence continued to look shaky and leaky in a 3-2 win. Another goal for Mach The Knife, with a winning goal from Berbatov.

Liverpool drew 2-2 with Tranmere, avenging Steven Gerrard with a hard-fought draw.

Rio Ferdinand makes a comment about wanting to win trophies and from this SSN understands he is ruling out a move to Man City. I wouldn't mind a move if a good fee was offered, he's very injury prone and past his prime.
