Drowned in 2010: Q1 in a 101 song playlist
Drowned in 2010: Q1 in a 101 song playlist
sean by Sean Adams April 1st, 2010

It's April, which means three months of 2010 have already rushed on by. With DiS reviewing 3-5 albums a day and many of you generating about 3000 messageboard posts on a daily basis, you'd be very much forgiven for not keeping abreast of everything, which is why we've introduced a new quarterly digest of the site day.

The 7-hour Spotify playlist below is just one digestible way of looking back at the first quarter, there's also Wendy's Singles of the 1st Quarter which also includes a playlist and Luke's Newsround-up of the biggest stories. Lastly, coming up next week there will also be a PDF of the best bits of content for you to read on your smartphone or print out to peruse whilst on the loo.

Onto the playlist. It's 101 tracks, hand-picked by DiS' editor, based on coverage on the site with some personal favourites thrown in, plus a heavy helping of suggestions from our community: here, here and here.

In fact, from the latter recommended records thread (which is ongoing, so do get involved!) we've also compiled a gigantic playlist of albums for you to flick through, which you can find on Spotify HERE.
