Kaiser Chiefs: Return from Moscow, Do Barfly Tour
sean by Sean Adams August 4th, 2004
Cheeky northern indie-pop scamps tour...

We may have been outbid for their signature for an album deal when the money got very silly (all will be revealed about that soon) but we're not bitter - 'specially as it means we can sign and introduce the world to more bands now!

The Kaisers are ace and they're doing their first headline tour (having toured this year with Chikinki and the Ordinary Boys already), so do the do and get yourself out there to sing along to their sold-out-in-just-a-few-days debut single wot we released 'Oh My God'.

The guys have infact just got back from Moscow (how rock'n'roll is that?) where they played at the Fender Festival and also in a tiny basement club called the Chinese Pilot. Judging by their messageboards they converted quite a few more. Photos will be up on their website soon and the NME are doing a feature about it.

Before playing Reading and Leeds they're doing a Barfly tour...

August
9th Barfly London
10th Barfly Cardiff + Versus + Failsafe
11th Masque Theatre Liverpool + The Blueskins + The Bazaars
12th York Fibbers
13th Barfly Glasgow

Tickets are available from barflyclub.com.
