The Hunches: One-off show and WIN albums!
Mike_Diver by Mike Diver October 18th, 2004
Portland's The Hunches are the rock and roll band of 2004. That's not PR speak, by the way, I'm being deadly serious with you. This year's 'Hobo Sunrise' album is a bucking bronco of a r'n'r record - full of spirit, soul and ear-fucking feedback. It makes me moist in the same way The Icarus Line, The Dillinger Escape Plan and Comets On Fire have this year. You need to hear it.

AND NOW YOU CAN! All you need to do is e-mail me (e-mail address available on my author profile; click my name) with the answer to this VERY EASY question:

What's the name of The Hunches' debut album?

Clue: it's NOT 'Hobo Sunrise'.

Competition closes tomorrow at 12 noon. I'll e-mail the winners personally.

The Hunches stop off in London tomorrow for the last date of their European tour. The band will destroy The Metro club on Oxford Street. Be there or forget you ever loved rock music.
