The New Pornographers released their brand new album Together at the end of April. It did indeed contain some fantastic musical tracts and was on the whole pretty good. We reviewed it here. They recently popped into Canada's CBC Studio Q to a) have a natter with some people there and b) play a song or so.

We've got a video of them performing 'Sweet Talk, Sweet Talk' in that very studio, all acoustic and everything. I'm not actually sure if Neko Case is clapping in time but it doesn't sound quite right. Agreed? I'm really not sure. Anyway, watch it below:

Oh, and while we're on the issue of Neko Case, something rather amusing happened recently. I don't want to spoil the surprise for you but she sounds like a rather threatening woman in this little clip, taken from a live show not too long ago.
